The Telegraph Reports on the Aya Napa Rape Case Involving a Young Woman Justice Abroad is Representing

JUSTICE ABROAD

“Here When You Need Us”

Justice Abroad’s Director Michael Polak is representing the young lady in the new Ayia Napa rape case following a request from her family.

The Telegraph wrote an article in relation to our client, a British woman, who was gang raped by five Israeli men.

The case comes four years after another British woman, who Justice Abroad defended too, said she was gang raped by a group of Israelis in a hotel in another part of Ayia Napa.

Justice Abroad continues to represent the victim in the original Ayia Napa case which is currently before the European Court of Human Rights and represents victims of crime and others involved in cases around the world such as Greece, Antigua and Barbuda, China, Argentina, and Georgia.

Justice Abroad’s Michael Polak stated;

We represent the young woman in the new Ayia Napa rape case. Our client in this case is determined to see that justice is done.

She has been assisting the Cypriot Police with their investigations of this case and will continue to do so until she obtains justice.

This is obviously a very difficult time for our client and her family, and she asks that her privacy is respected during the criminal proceedings.

The family of the woman in this case are raising funds to provide her with support in this case. All donations made at www.crowdjustice.com/case/help-ayia-napa-rape-case are very much appreciated at this difficult time.
